I'm trying to create an app. Can anyone give any tips for a beginner?

I'm hoping to create a social media app( I have not even begun yet) with a User interface similar to SoloLearn.
Will there be any legal issues with using similar interface?
Any tips on using python and kivy to create the app?
Any tips?

Yes, you probably would have legal issues if you use the same interface, but you probably won't because kivy is not really that good for creating mobile apps, do it will look different.
Also, you need more than just python to create an application like SoloLearn, and asking for tips means you're not good enough and you have no clue what you're going to do.
So I think you should first study more about applications, servers, databases, and other basics before moving into making you own app.
Also, before starting any kind of app, you should first make basic and easy apps to understand how the module works (in your case Kivy), so that you don't run into multiple problems and end up wasting days and weeks for a failure.
One last thing is that you probably should consider learning another programming language such as Java or Kotlin to make android apps, because python is not a good choice.
