Automation, machine learning and deep learning with python

Question

I'm interested in automation and machine learning in general and maybe a bit of web scraping using python but I am a complete beginner, I just know the basics of it, what else would packages or what courses should I learn, or take, about for it? I'm not interested in data analysis at all, should I still have to learn numpy and so? And how to approach such knowledge? Thanks in advance
