Good afternoon brothers and sisters. I need ideas on how to make an alarm system that once activated it automatically sends sms to students in attendance stating evacuate from the building

I would recommend you to edit your question to be more descriptive, perhaps 'SMS based fire and emergency warning system' would suit your title better.
Good luck! 👍

It just came to me that cellular signal tend to weaken or sometimes even lost totally while one was inside a building (basement is worst place really).
I don't know if it's just in my country or everywhere, but this I guess also worth a consideration. A fire or emergency message delivery failure could mean something horrible for those in the building.
I think "normal" people should be taught to be more humanist to others in a place where people with different abilities are present.
Thanks for stopping by, much appreciated 👍

Stefano Armando Chibia It sounds like you want to implement an Emergency Notification System that is integrated with the fire alarm system.
I would research professional companies that specialize in this type of service.
I came across a blog from one such company that provides this type of consulting. Here are some relevant articles from their website.

Are you a teacher?
Wouldn't it be more convenient to create a group in a messaging app to broadcast a message for the recipients?
I guess SMS isn't as much used these days due to the economic price compared to internet data.

Good question, that would involve system integration, I'm no expert there.
But as I understand it, when a fire detection system works, it rings the sirens and switch open the fire hoses on the ceiling. Isn't the siren good enough to signal everyone to evacuate? I think sound of the sirens is more important than an SMS (just my opinion).

Thank you for sparing time on researches.
Apart from cost matter, I agree this issue may better off be handled by professionals. This concerns life of many 👍

I see, well, there is this SMS gateway system I heard about. Perhaps you could try to look it up, and assess whether if it is a feasible option for the fire event early warning system you plan to build.
Give it a little more time, I hope someone experienced could drop their opinions on this subject 👍
