You never stop learning. It's immeasurable. Programmer's never stop learning and they embrace newly learned skills.

Never think, "When will I complete it?" but rather,

"What would I do if I learned it all?"

Don't put yourself in a box with a deadline to learn a language. Over time, you'll discover new concepts, functions, code efficiency etc.

it depends on your learning skills. if you spent 3hours a day. in this 3 hours, you can spend 2 hours for learning and 1 hour for applying or practising what you had learnt.
in this way, it may take 7-10 days to learn HTML, 7-14 days in CSS and another 15-20 days to learn JavaScript.
