What are the most requested programming languages at work? Do you have to be good at math to program?
Now I'm studying at the university (in Italy) but I still hear that many programmers work without having a degree. So I'm thinking of quitting studying at the university and learning some programming language. And then in my university you study a lot of mathematics and also for this reason I would like to leave, because I can't understand and I'm not very good at this subject. Do you think it's a good choice?

Learning University level maths on your own could be a difficult task. And to be a good programmer you need good knowledge in maths.
What if after few years you want to get into machine learning and Artificial intelligence or some other advanced stuff which definitely need maths like linear algebra, calculus, probability and statistics. So think about it twice before you take a decision.
And never say that you don't like maths, I recommend you to work hard and learn it.

The most in demand programming languages at work still include C, C++, Java. But you need to learn some tools and frameworks with them to make something out of it.
