Git Commit Messages

Hello,

I always write commit messages for every small change I make in my code. Sometimes, I add new lines in the code file, and sometimes I remove some spaces. I don't know how to label these changes.

Is there any way to let Git ignore such changes in the code?

If yes, is it recommended to ignore blank lines and spaces?

If not, how can I label these changes in the commit messages? Is It okay to say "add blank lines" or 'remove spaces'
