How can I learn more about vbs and cmd file code

I discovered I can do a lot of amazing things that can be done with .cmd or .vbs file like running music or recording 24/7 in background. Which means you cannot even stop the program in task manager.
I wanted to learn more. But could not understand what language is used in cmd or vbs file
I just want to master cmd and vbs file code
