How Do you find your friend profiles ?

Question

I want to follow my friends and work colleagues via the website but I cant seem to locate the follow button or the actual search option for my friends profile ?

can this be done

You can find profiles from:
Activity Feed --> Discover Peers

The follow button is on right-top corner of an unfollowed member's profile.

share your profile link with him like this :

tap on profile..
tap on 3 dots top right corner..
select share option..
