Is particle.js kind of like CSS

Question

I haven’t really done a research about particle.js, but the codes I’ve seen they kind of look like CSS.
Or is that just me.
Also, does it go by itself, or doesn’t it need to be linked to ... some _ something..

I think you mean the JSON file in which you can edit the particle size, opacity, speed etc. I’ve worked with JSON before but I’m not too experienced with it. And yes the structure of JSON does look somewhat similar to CSS.
