SOLOLEARN'S CODE PLAGIARISM CODE

Question

If someone's code is copied and edited unauthorised on sololearn and about 40% - 80% of the code base is changed, would it still be considered a plagiarism offence? Or at what percentage should we "draw the line"?

If code gives no credits to original author it'll get privated after report.

if code gives credits to original author then it can be set private only if original author request to do so.
