Am done with HTML & almost done with CSS. What next Should I take JavaScript, react.js, vue.js or Angular.js?

JavaScript first, then its frameworks, you yourself will understand, each framework is good for its task.

Saja Ali I agree about practicing first, but nobody will ever master any language. It's more a matter of getting comfortable with it and gaining experience thru exposure.

That said, You should move onto JavaScript next because the Trinity of Web Dev is HTML/CSS/JavaScrip.
