How can I learn backend?

I want to learn backend with projects. Can anybody give me suggestions how can i do that.

How you learn to read book? First you should know that what is back-end and which technologies use as back-end developement.

at backend we have databases nothing else , but remeber databses are growing much faster. so start from mysql,sql server and for high performance try Oracle .tnx
