Why experience, while chalenging, from some players is 1 and for others more. How does that work

I think, Non experienced person should be encouraged more when win against experienced. Non experienced person win/loses chances are low/high when compared to experienced person. So there is differences.

I think it is based on the distance of your and the opponent's experience of the current language.
