Good starting tools for beginning computer programming

1: a computer with working OS and keyboard (mouse optional)

2: a programming language of your choice installed (I recommend html or python for beginners. java if you're from India and are a pajeet)

3: ide software and/or editor (notepad++ is good editor. you'll need to find a ide that works for your coding language)

4: internet (so you can look up tutorials, and errors on stackoverflow. also to download modules if you're using a language like Python)
