if you are talking about external CSS file, you can save it by using save in the editor you opened it with or Ctrl + s.
i'm not sure what are you trying to do.

Save ur CSS file by name filename. CSS and save it.
U can also insert CSS file link in ur html page by using href.

When u tap the back button. An alert will come up if you want to save the file. Type the name and tap yes
