How do I post a code?

If i understand what you mean, you just have to make your code public:
1) go to your profile
2) find your code
3) there are three dots up and right. "Press them"
4) Choose make public

Go to 'Code Playground', create some code and then when it is ready, make it public.

Or do you in a chat message, maybe? Well, if you have your code ready, then tap the circled '+' next to the text entry field. One of the options is 'insert code', which will let you choose one of your code bits.
