the sololearn tutorial is meant to introduce you to the language, not enough to do that much but you will surely be able to solve lots of coding challenges with it which will help in building your logic

It gives you the basics of C++, but it doesn't teach you game development. If you want to learn game development with C++, I suggest checking out the Unreal Engine and tutorials online about it.
