Does anyone have an expirience to work with Rapsberry PI, ADC to capture 8-bit signal (1 Megasample /per sec or 8Mbit/sec)

I have ADC converter AN108. Raspberry PI4. I would like to capture 8-bit signal every 1 microsec. The Python frequency is around 1 milisec or 1000 samples per sec which not enough. I need at least 1 Mhz. Could you advise any software or libarary or source code that implement oscilloscope functions or at least write values to files with high frequency.

Hey, using raspberry and Linux you should definetly go for C language.
