I can't execute my codes

Question

I'm testing my coding skills in my computer, I'm using Notepad++ but I can't execute my codes, every time I try using "Launch in Chrome" or "Launch in Firefox" Just appears that the page don't exist and nothing happens
How am I supposed do execute my codes?

Open the console in the browser, there may be errors

Did you save the code as a html file prior to trying to run it

It's a simple "Hello World" Code just for testing
