well, first of all i started the html css and js certificate. after that i did some challenges against other player to remember the commands. maybe u can look at the coding playground and find inspiration. its really not that hard :)

but if u wanna have a good looking site
html -|> just add the text with some classes
css -|> make the wonderful design. :)

You can do it, i recommend don't use templates cuz u wont learn from it.

Learn HTML and CSS first, it shouldn't be too hard.
HTML has plenty of tags but a lot of them are for very specific things which aren't needed on every website so you won't use all of them, and it also repeats itself a lot.
CSS on the other hand is also very repetitive for the most part and easy to read and understand.
After you get comfortable with these two you should move onto JS!
