how to get Knowledge in programming languages? please tell me

first pickup a programming launguage and if you fell comfortable with programming fundamentals or if you finish some project's in particular language.Than move to the next one, don't try to learn all languages in one.If you really know how programming runs or how algorithms works than it can be simple.Beside all the Syntex and Style you are ready to go.
