Why I can't print my Certificate?

Konstantinos Galogavras if i remember right then you have to got your Certificate into your email box also.

If i'm wrong, then try to download it. Check your device in the connection with storage - you need place to download it.

Try out the downloading from other internet connection - may you had problems with that.

I don't know more tips right now.

I completed the course, but when I press the "certificate" button, it takes me to a page that prepares the PDF. After a while it says "try again". I tried the same thing to a certificate of another course I took, and says the same thing.

After completion of my course , I'm not able to download or view the certificate..
How can I fix this?

Maybe it is a server issue. Probably after a few hours, the problem will be fixed. That's what happened with mine.
