What Is the difference between html and html 5

Like Microsoft is creating windows updates, like that only html is becoming simplified. Html 5 has new features whereas older versions of html don't have them. The declaration of HTML5 is also very simple. But if you want to declare html4 or older, then you would have to write a long line with html tag.

html has <frame> but in html5 no <frame>.Use <div> or <iframe> instead

New tags has been implemented into HTML5. That's pretty much the only difference.

also html 5 integrates more of css and some traditional styling tags of previous versions won't work on html 5. Most of the websites today use HTML 5 , so it's better to start learning and implementing HTML 5 rather than standard HTMl
