Why google forms are not working in hybrid app designed for android properly?

I have recently started working with hybrid apps I tried to include a external google form to my hybrid app developed for android

But form data is not submitting or Google forms not working properly but google form is working in web browsers

NOTE: I am using phonegap for developing hybrid app.
