Can I start programming using Flutter and Dart without background of Java or kotlin?

You Need to Know:
OOP First.
If you are good at OOP then you are ready to start learning FLUTTER, if not you shall firdt start learning OOP.
Flutter use Dart so before learning flutter is is good to know about Dart programming.
