The thing is i don't understand what are questions talking about , i mean i understand and i can answer right , but i still don t understand

I too had struggle understanding.
The solution is to first start with html and then python or java. Because html tells about basics of programming and i bet that you will later find programming easy.

The thing is i don t understand the basics, idk what is HTML and what does it do and what do we use it for and the same for CSS and JavaScript
