STRONG makes something important.
BOLD just makes the text thicker.
Visually, they look the same.
Why would you bother to combine them ?
If it is purely out of interest, then just write a code and test the output

Visually, the both tags result same
looks of the text "my name".So it is a better option to use only one of them.
