Who know how the APK hacker change codes in a APK?

Apk hacker changes data inside classes.dex (coded with java) with the help of root. Classes.dex contains all bytes and resources of the apk.

Yes I know that but I decompile Classes.dex to java code and I see so many codes that I not write that in my APK😐
