Python is usually recommended for beginners. If you find that hard, try HTML, although that's only for webpages. If you still find both of those hard, use Scratch.

I recommend Python in general.

You can learn the Python rules with "Learn Python",
but rules is not enough for beginners who need to know bases of programming.

which is a free online book and therefore you can try right now.

The book starts from basic concepts of programming (such as "What is a program") as well as Python language.
