It is generally believed that the best course to learn after HTML is CSS.
HTML builds the electronic web page and CSS designs it.
Next is JavaScript which gives the web page interactivity features. Nevertheless, if you enjoy writing code and seeing stuff happen almost immediately you can go straight ahead to JavaScript(like I did) and still learn CSS along the way to beautify your web pages.
