Audio player is not working properly?

Question

Whenever I try to write the "type" in the "source" the audio player stops working, and without it, working as it should. Am I making some mistakes in writing the type?
Anyone there to help please look at the code and don't forget to look it with or without the 'type". Here is the link

Everything is okay. However, if you wish to add the type, write this

type="audio/mpeg">

So it works again. All the best! :)
