why there is a need of use of frameworks in phython

Frameworks are there because theres not too much use in reinventing the wheel. If you need practice and just really want to know the inner workings of code than you can make your own programs. I feel like frameworks should be for those seasoned and tired of repeating, what can be to an advanced programmer, a tedious task when there are groups who maintain helpful frameworks that take less time and energy.

For any programming language there frameworks are critical to build software products easily. Different frameworks have different roles like web development, Mobile app development etc are built with frameworks. :)
