How to make calender and time displayed in c and cpp?

i want to make a reservation system based on time n date user's input

use java... c++ has a timestamp system where you can get the current tile in milliseconds. where as java, create a date and say date.getdate () #rip

do you hav any idea on when user input dateTime is already pass current dateTime system, it will display error.
