How backend code works with app UI? Can anyone explain? 😐

Could you say me where do you get the energy to be alive? You see you are working, you see you are hearing, seeing, running, how do you do them all? What's the factor behind the screen? Well, although you don't see, a hell lot of works are being done inside your brain, your stomach, even in each and every cells. Assume your hands, eyes, legs etc are the "UI" and the stomach, brain or the things inside our body are the backend. I hope it makes a bit sense. Does it? If it does I'll elaborate a bit more.
