I just finished learning HTML. should i learn CSS next or straight to JAVASCRIPT?

After html learn css then javascript.

Well, eventually you'll need HTML, CSS and Javascript (plus extensions).
That doesn't mean that the order, in which you have to learn them, is fixed.
You could even start with Javascript directly - using prompt for input and console.log for output - and do just fine, learning all the inner workings of Javascript.
Then, you'd learn about event handlers, listeners and all of that - basically how to manipulate the homepage from JS - and gradually add in more HTML and CSS.
Just because one path is chosen most often, doesn't mean it's the only or even the best way.

Ofcourse you can learn js before css. But i prefer learn css before js. It will easy for you☺️(◍•ᴗ•◍)❤.

Keep on mastering your skills on HTML along with learning CSS. After that you do for JavaScript.

After HTML , I recommend CSS to learn and then JAVASCRIPT , It is the correct order.
Also you can learn CSS and JAVASCRIPT side by side , If you can.
