adedeji morife Even if some countries TLD (Top Level Domain, ie: .tk, .ml, .ga, .cf, .cq) offers free of charge domain name, free of charge hosting services doesn't let you link them with a domain name (as far as I know) :( If you even want to know more about free of charge domain name, visit this specific page of the website linked by Ore Adeleye: https://www.freenom.com/en/freeandpaiddomains.html

visph I have hosted site on 000webhost in the past and I linked them to my freenom domains. 000webhost is a free subdomain hosting provider

Ore Adeleye did you do it by DNS configuration or by external redirection service (usually done by embeding the targeted url in an iframe, with the domain name linked to a single page with the iframe? In that case, you've just got a workaround, but not a real domain name attached to the free host ;)

Ore Adeleye I've looked from nearest: the free plan offer doesn't allow DNS configuration ^^

visph By DNS configuration (or whatever it is called). I configured my namespaces to point to the 000webhost app.
