What was the best programming language for arduino boards.

I want to learn hardware machine that uses programming languages to be operated. So i just have to learn that programming languages .

If you search in the internet you'll find the Arduino IDE.
You'll have to download it and on it you can write in it's language. It has no specific name...

I would advise you to buy a Raspberry pi and learn GPIO programmig for Python. With that you can do more than with Arduino
