Is there a way to speed up python with standard typing syntax?🤔

Question

There are different runtimes for python🐍 today. To run python on close to native speeds we use cython⚡. There is a pypy jit runtime which is also used to significantly improve performance.
Cython uses custom type syntax.
Does anyone knows the runtime that uses standard type annotation to run code faster?💬
