Svg error .

Question

Hay friends . I was creating a code for clone using pure svg . And tries to add multiple images and svg elements. So recently I had added 3 elements but the problem is that only first element is shown in this code not all if I delete first one then second is showing not third . Similarly if I delete first two then only the 3rd is showing . Have a look after .

The three elements which I am using here are in line 63,64,65. Just try to show them all on svg grid .

Close your image tags.

Edit: That's confusing because HTML tags don't need the "/". According to Google search:
"SVG is based on XML and needs the /> part"
I always close my tags so it's the first time I face this issue. Glad to know.
