Um, you mean for the hacker to exploit or for them to use? Most hackers use an array of tools including Nmap, Kali Linux, Wireshark, Various Python scripts, and are very comfortable with Linux. As for preferred ones to hack into that's a matter of the hackers opinion, if they want a challenge they might want to hack something more secure.

George Ryan Then above are programing language and tools but how they target mean they target front-end exploits or back-end ,(i think they mainly exploits through back-end bug, am i right)
And even if they do that then what type of programming language they mainly know.
