Discord.py Send message on specific channel

Yes the Tittle my code throws an error and github,stackoverflow,google,doc doesnt help

the channel.send() throws an error

It's because... Your device doesn't have discord module...if u r using mobile....try using pc and install discord.py module in advance!

and when you answered this question i already made a working bot with commands
