Which is the best programming language to be learnt by an electrical electronics engineer

I am a first year EEE student and am confused which programming language should I master is it C++, python or and other .I am looking forward to program microprocessors and microcontrollers like Arduino set and Raspberry pi.

I'm an EE. working with cybernetics and automation. Other than the IEC languages (learn structured text, as it is the way to go) I've used C and c++. Also, knowledge about sql is helpful. I've done some python with openpyxl, and I've done a service monitoring thing in C#.

tldr: Learn ST if you are planning to work with PLCs, other than that you should learn, C, and C++.

you may consider cpp for arduino or pyhton for rasberry pi .
also you may consider vhdl or verilog for fpga
