Indira yes Sololearn has removed the quiz factory and lesson factory. Once the previous submitted quizzes and lesson will be checked it will reopen.

Yes because there's enough quiz and lessons and that's why they decided to remove them.
Before, they have created a quiz factory and lesson factory for helping Sololearn to create, verify then publish the submission(s) from users that create a lesson or quiz.
