i want to make localhost in my computer with XAMPP, and then i build my website with adobe muse and bracket, but i want to use wordpress as CMS in my website, did you know how to make it?? there is some code that i have create in wordpress php code to make it?

go to the xampp website, you can install WordPress as an addon fro there and have it in your xampp control panel, also if you want a free domain use noip.com so people can access the website you host on your PC through a free address like website.server.com
