Can python make operating system??

I am trying to make a simple operating system so is it possible to make it with python??

No. Python (as well as JavaScript) are interpreted languages. Java is also not a good choice because it uses JVM to run code (== using one OS to run another). Mostly C/C++ are used to write OS.
