lookup servercode.com on 127.0.0.11:53: server misbehaving in xampp

Question

I am using xampp on pc for php code, when all of a sudden i go a error saying:
lookup servercode.com on 127.0.0.11:53: server misbehaving
I have got a custom domain for xampp that I need for google apis to work because they don't let you use localhost or 127.0.0.1. Here is my hosts file in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\ect\hosts:
