Why you have mentioned codes in the question for not loading certificate?
I think the problem might be in your network connection or your device.
Try:
It in another device or reboot your phone or try on and off airplane mode.

or

Try Completing the course first, then, if there is any problem in receiving your certificate, then you can ask.
