Recommendations for how to progress

So last night I was up until 3-4:00 and I am now the proud owner of a Python Certificate! As you may know, there is a "more on this topic" section, but I wanted some opinions on how I should progress. My goal, at least for now, is to get into basic robotics and maybe some web-related stuff as well. Should I work further into python? Is/are there another language/languages better suited to those goals? And if I should continue to pursue Python, what specific routes should I pursue? I've recently scored a job, so regardless of how I proceed, a laptop to replace the tablet Ive been using and some tools to get into electronics are at the top of the list. Probably not the first person to ask this sort of thing, but the search function hasn't been doing me too much good.

What to learn next is up to what you want to do. As far as robotics is concerened, c/c++ are the two languages usually used although people have made connector libraries that allow you to code using python to accomplish the same result. I always recommend figuring out a project that sounds interesting and learning based on what you need to accomplish it.
