My hard disk bitlocker is not open but password is correct and only saying not responding.

Question

I have external hard disk 1TB with 3 partition 2 without bitlocker and 3rd is locked by bitlocker.
Except the 3rd partition all open without any problems but 3rd is not open after entering password only showing not responding bitlocker what to do pls help me.
