Yes it has become an issue after the latest update..

You can send messages by deleting your old conversation and then send your message but only first time it works.you have to delete each time you want to send👍

PS : This is not applicable for group chat

P... to the best of my knowledge, updating the app has resolved this problem for all, simply delete and reinstall, it should be okay😂
